Challenge: The Challenge was to build an Air Powered Car with a limited amount of supplies. The supplies were, three full sized plastic drinking straws; four lifesavers; one eight and-a-half times eleven inch piece of paper; two paperclips; duct tape; scissors; and an envelope for holding all the materials. The group who made the Air Powered Car that went the farthest won.
What workedWhat worked for Building the Air Powered Car was having a medium sized sail. That way the sail could carry the Air Powered Car by blowing into the sail. Also, using your materials wisely would help. Plan your Air Powered Car idea on paper before your real Car.

What didn't workWhat did not work was having a huge sail. If you have a huge sail the front might fall over if you blow on it a certain way. Also, not using your materials wisely would not help one bit.

What We Learned: What we learned when building the Air Powered Car was that the "wheels" might get sticky if you touch them too much. Second, do not use a huge sail because it will probably flip over. Third, do not put too much weight because it will slow you Air Powered Car Down when blown.
